Solanum Tuberosum Sarpo Mira
Sarpo Mira produces good sized tubers and heavy yields. The pink skinned potatoes have a floury flesh and are the perfect all rounder.
This blight resistant variety has good disease resistance and seems to deter slugs.
Sarpo Mira are excellent as a baked potato, for Sundat roasts or chip shop fries.
The flavour and texture make this variety a firm favourite with gardeners.
Maincrop seed potatoes mature 125-140 days after planting, plant from March until May with the first harvest in August.
