Solanum Tuberosum Sarpo Mira Seed Potato
Sarpo Mira produces good-sized tubers and heavy yields. The pink-skinned potatoes have a floury flesh and are the perfect all-rounder.
This blight-resistant variety has good disease resistance and seems to deter slugs.
Sarpo Mira are excellent as a baked potato, for Sunday roasts or chip shop fries.
The flavour and texture make this variety a firm favourite with gardeners.
Maincrop seed potatoes mature 125-140 days after planting, planted from March until May, with the first harvest in August.
