Solanum Tuberosum King Edward Seed Potato
King Edward is probably the best-known of the seed potato varieties, being available for over a century. This proven all-round performer with its oval tubers and distinctive red markings and creamy white flesh has a high resistance to several diseases.
King Edward is ideal for boiling, mashing, roasting, chipping and as wedges.
Maincrop potatoes are ready for harvesting 125-140 days after planting from March through to May, with the first crops appearing in August.
