This seed is designed to produce a deep rooted resilient lawn that withstands wet and dry conditions in any shaded area. Mixture Contains Strong Creeping Red Fescue (to bind the lawn together), Smooth-Stalked Meadow Grass (good recovery from wear / drought tolerant), Chewings Fescue (fine leaved grass, densely tufted and tolerates close mowing) and Highland Bentgrass (to help retain its colour in winter).
