Convallaria Majalis more commonly known as Lily Of The Valley makes perfect ground cover plants in woodland settings and equally enjoys semi shaded or shaded areas of the garden.
These ever popular plants produce arching stems of delightful white bell shaped flowers with a heavy perfume from late spring.
The flowers are then followed by bright red berries which although attractive are in fact poisonous. Bee friendly.
