Where do you deliver your items to?
We deliver to most parts of the British Isles. However there is a carriage surcharge to dispatch our goods to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands which is noted during the order processing stage.

 

How soon after I place my order will the items be delivered to me?

We delivery items at various times of the year, when it is the most appropriate time for you to plant the items. Each item is individually labelled with the relevant delivery periods available on this site.

 

Will all items arrive at the same time?
Most items will be dispatched together.  However, certain items are shipped from different dispatch points such as grass seed under separate cover.

 

Will I have to pay extra postage if my order is fulfilled in multiple dispatches?
No. We only make a single flat rate charge towards postage and packaging per order, regardless of how many actual deliveries result from the order.

 

Can I have the items delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes, of course. When you place the order you will have the option to amend or alter the delivery address. This will allow you to send items to your friends, family or to your work address.

 

Can I add a delivery message to my order?
Yes. When placing your order you will have the option to add additional delivery details. This will be displayed on the parcel the courier will deliver to you, making it more convenient for you.

 

How secure are my details on your website?
We take the security of the information you provide very seriously, and have been accredited with certification for compliance and for the protection of our customers personal information by Security Matrix.  

 

What if my plants fail to perform as expected?

What are my payment options online?
We accept any of the following methods of payment online - Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express and PayPal. All orders are processed and charged in one payment at the time of placing the order online.
