NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS as supplied.

This information we use to facilitate order processing, invoice creation, accounts procedures, sending promotional offers and sales literature either via post or email.

It is extremely important that we stress we will never sell or rent your information to another business.  We are commited to ensuring your information is protected in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safe guard and secure the information we collect online. 

We use approved and secure third party distributors and courier services for shipment of goods only to fulfil order requirements.

When paying for goods, your details will be passed through our payment service providers sytem purely for payment processing and anti-fraud purposes.

Log in to "My Account", follow the instructions and simply save changes.

Removal From Marketing List

Log in to "My Account", untick the marketing box and simply save changes.

Records Deletion

To remove all persoanl information from current and previous records, use the "Contact Us" form and notify us of your wish to have all your records deleted (this action can only be undertaken once all accounts have been settled in full).

New Customers

When creating a new account you will be invited to opt in to receiving promotional information from Boston Bulbs, this enables us to present to you new product launches, promotions, features, sales literature, copy invoices and order confirmation.

This information is password protected, we do not sell or offer your information to any other organisation and is a vital part of Boston Bulbs Wholesale facilitating our service to you our customer.
