Crocus Whitewell Purple is a tommasinianus species which is both decorative, very resilient and perfect for naturalising in gardens or larger landscaping projects.
The flowers which are silvery, lilac-purple with bold, striking yellow-orange throat appears in late winter through in to early spring.
Plant in woodlands, grass lands, lawns, spring beds and borders, cottage gardens, embankments, verges, village greens, patio containers, window boxes and indoors as a pot plant.
