Effective from: 4th July 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Boston Bulbs Wholesale Loyalty Scheme ("Loyalty Scheme"). By participating in the Loyalty Scheme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
The Loyalty Scheme is open to registered customers of Boston Bulbs Wholesale who have placed at least one order within the last 24 months.
Customers are automatically enrolled in the scheme upon placing a qualifying order.
2. Loyalty Discount
Eligible customers will be assigned to a Loyalty Customer Group and receive a 10% discount.
The Loyalty Scheme discount applies exclusively to products within the Boston Bulbs Wholesale Spring Flower Bulb range.
The discount does not apply to any other product ranges, including but not limited to Bulbs in the Green, Summer Flowering Bulbs, vegetable sets, or any other seasonal or promotional lines unless explicitly stated in writing.
The discount is automatically applied to qualifying Spring Flower Bulb products only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
3. Qualification Period
The discount remains active for 24 months from the date of the customer's most recent order.
Each new order within this 24 month period will reset the qualification period for a further 24 months.
4. Expiry and Requalification
If no purchases are made within a 24 month period, the customer will be removed from the Loyalty Customer Group and placed back into the Default Customer Group.
To requalify, the customer must place a new order, at which point they will be re added to the Loyalty Customer Group and the 24 month qualification period will reset.
5. Scheme Management
The Loyalty Scheme is managed entirely by Boston Bulbs Wholesale. All decisions regarding customer eligibility, discount application, product qualification, and group assignments are final.
Boston Bulbs Wholesale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Loyalty Scheme at any time without prior notice.
6. Limitations
The Loyalty Scheme is intended for individual business use only and is not transferable.
Discounts apply only to eligible Spring Flower Bulb products at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or applied retrospectively to past orders.
7. Changes to Terms
Boston Bulbs Wholesale reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.
